Changes have been taking place in the fleet management of companies, and not just since the emersion of highway tolls and higher gas prices. In the area of tour optimization for sales and service employees, OctaVIA has been successfully working for several years with the software manufacturer FLS. With its product VisiTour FLS offers a standard solution, the remarkable features of which are its functionality, speed, and ability to be integrated in existing SAP systems (such as mySAP CRM).

FLS and OctaVIA have already filled this niche in the existing SAP portfolio in numerous integration projects and thereby created an established solution now available to SAP users in general.

VisiTour: Appointment and tour planning for those working outside the office

From the receipt of an order to its completion without changing media: The acceptance of orders can take place either in your ERP system or in VisiTour. VisiTour determines the best time and schedules tours at optimal cost. The sales representatives or drivers receive the appointments via e-mail, on their cell phones, or directly on their personal digital assistants (PDAs) in VisiTour Mobile. Reports of visits, statuses, and signatures are sent with VisiTour Mobile directly to the server via General Packed Radio Service (GPRS).
