The intranet as a Management Info System and Distribution Center

myInside Portal is a solution that can be adapted to the individual requirements of the company. In addition to the central entry to all integrated IT systems, the portal offers an ideal communication and information platform for all employees. Current information, a bulletin board, events, and travel planning are just a few of the many options. By incorporating the Knowledge Management system (KM), unstructured information becomes transparent and useable. At the same time, the portal provides efficient access to the SAP Business Warehouse (BI). With the help of Manager Self Services (MSS) scenarios, information is available in the right place and at the right time.

Knowledge available everywhere

Do you have any idea how many documents, presentations, concepts, graphics, pictures, and other data are administered on the various systems of your company? In the employee portal myInside, only those contents and applications the user needs for his or her everyday work are made available. The navigation is automatically adapted to these contents. By way of a central login, the users are also automatically registered in linked systems such as Business Warehouse, mySAP ERP, Microsoft Exchange Server, and others. The simple user interface allows inexperienced and new employees to quickly familiarize themselves with these systems.
